Chasity Rosales shared her thoughts on becoming a team leader:
Just a little over a year ago, Tim Minnix approached me about becoming the team leader for El Paso. By that time I had been in business 1 year and 5 months and right at $12 million in production. I thought I would be crazy to take this position and quit sales. As I prayed about it, I knew it had been laid in my lap for a purpose. God said trust me, I am preparing you for something bigger and this is the temporary path. I took a leap of faith and said yes. I did not know the purpose, but trusted that it would be shown to me. That time came in June and the search for an amazing replacement ensued.
My vision for my business is 100% different that it was when I took this job. I know, without a doubt, I would not have had the same vision without this opportunity. Not to mention the people that I have met that fit into my plan that I would not have had the opportunity to meet otherwise.
I challenge you never to pass up a chance to listen to a new opportunity, you always have a choice to say yes or no, but never put yourself in a situation not to be open minded and just listen. You never know what that opportunity will bring you or the other doors it opens for you.
